The
Vortex Top Forced Air features a pipe on the top of the helmet that
channels airflow from an external system and circulates it around
the top of the head to reduce heat and increase cooling and onto
the front of the shield to prevent fogging. The Vortex Top Forced
Air is based on our lightweight Vortex and has been perfected through
testing with top Nextel Cup Drivers. Locating the pipe on the top
of the helmet instead of the side allows for increased driver head
movement because the pipe does not interfere with the protective
head surround of the latest safety seats. Snell SA05 certified.
